The site is situated on the boundary of an existing industrial area and covers approximately 7.5 hectares.
Northgate earthworks prepared with CAT D7 Bulldozers and Scoops working the cut-to fill area ready for Industrial Site Development.
Returning from the fill area and preparing base of Reinforced Earth Wall.

Reinforced Earth Wall – 15 metres in height – showing the last metre with crew placing coconut matting in preparation for Geo-textile cloth wrap, created metre by metre.
The wall is built on steeply sloping ground to ensure a secure level building platform, ready for industrial-site development lots.
