The site is situated on the boundary of an existing industrial area and covers approximately 7.5 hectares.

CAT 615 Elevating Motorscraper rolling the edge of the fill ready for trimming and wrapping the outer edge ready for the next layer of Geo-textile cloth wrap. Each layer of fill and wrap is a metre in depth

Reinforced Earth Wall – 15 metres in height – showing the last metre with crew placing coconut matting in preparation for Geo-textile cloth wrap, created metre by metre.

The wall is built on steeply sloping ground to ensure a secure level building platform, ready for industrial-site development lots.
